I accidentally discovered Gary on NoFap sub-reddit and thought he was another bogus personality who was using this space for making money. This was two months ago. But man was I wrong. Like, day after day the articles that Gary wrote, the interviews and podcasts and videos that are on YBOP have changed me drastically. I have been addicted for the last 15 years, and I have been trying to recover for an year. And it is because of Gary and the brave work that he put out that I have made a lot of progress and hopefully will continue to live the life I desire.

Thank you Gary for all the things you did in this space!!! I wouldn't be the same without it.
